About Nicolás Yáñez Figueroa

Nicolás Yáñez Figueroa is a corporate lawyer specialising in capital markets, corporate law and project financing. He joined EDN Abogados as a partner in November 2023, after leading the corporate and financial law area at Domínguez & Cía. Nicolás has also served as senior legal adviser for Grupo BICE and BTG Pactual, and was a senior associate at Alessandri & Cía. and Morales & Besa. He holds a law degree from Universidad de Chile and a Master's in International Business Law from Université de Paris II, and has taught banking and financial law at Universidad de Chile.
