About Luz Díaz Rodríguez

Luz Díaz Rodríguez is a white-collar expert who is well recognised for her work in complex white-collar criminal litigation. She has vast experience with both regulators and enforcement authorities as she was part of the defence for the most important banking fraud cases of the last decade, as well as acting in cases involving other financial and securities market fraud. She has represented the Monetary Authority as well as high-level executives from other financial entities. She was prominently involved in the largest corruption investigation in the history of the Dominican Republic, which resulted in a successful outcome for her client. She serves as a professor at the National School for Prosecutors.
