Sean S Suder, Esq is the founder of Suder, LLC, devoting his entire adult life to working for those who contribute to the built environment. Sean worked in city planning and construction management prior to law school, practiced in a large commercial real estate and land use practice thereafter, served nearly four years as the City of Cincinnati’s chief land use attorney, became a partner in top commercial real estate and land use practices, founded and led zoning consulting firms with national reach, and ultimately formed a first-in-class boutique commercial real estate/land use law firm reflecting his passion for being counsel for the built environment.
