About Ana-Maria Damian

Ana-Maria Damian is a senior associate at Oglindă & Partners in the international arbitration and public procurement team. Her area of expertise in public procurement covers every phase of the award procedure, from drafting tenders, identifying risks in contractual terms and overseeing client relations with the contracting authority, to litigation procedures regarding public procurement contracts. Ana-Maria has represented contractors in over 30 legal disputes before Romanian courts in relation to the performance of public contracts. Ana-Maria is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
