About Eugen Sarbu

Eugen Sarbu joined Oglindă & Partners in 2015 and was made partner in 2020. In his current role, he oversees the firm’s international arbitration and public procurement team. He has successfully managed a variety of cases, including those involving the entire process of the award procedure, advising clients on drafting tenders and representing both domestic and international bidders in disputes arising from public procurement procedures. Eugen has a PhD in Romanian contract law, is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and a regular contributor to the Romanian Public Procurement Review.
