Mihai Ionescu-Balea is a senior associate at Oglindă & Partners in the international arbitration and public procurement team. Mihai has an excellent knowledge of public procurement procedures, providing consultancy and representation to various Romanian and international clients. His area of expertise in public procurement covers every phase of the procedure, from drafting tenders, identifying risks in contractual terms, and overseeing client relations with the contracting authority, to litigation procedures regarding public procurement contracts. He is constantly improving himself and his practice. Mihai is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
