About Tasiana Timofticiuc

Tasiana Timofticiuc is an associate at Oglindă & Partners in the international arbitration and public procurement team, involved in advising and representing clients in the preparation of bids submitted in public procurement procedures, as well as representing domestic and international bidders in disputes arising from public procurement procedures. Tasiana is involved in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, as well as in cases concerning the enforcement of arbitral awards in Romania and the representation of clients in commercial disputes. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
