About Špela Remec

Špela Remec joined Šelih & Partnerji in 2012. She focuses on providing insightful due diligence reviews of environmental risks in M&A deals. She also advises in the field of green energy investments, ESG-related affairs and in regulatory compliance. In addition, Špela is focused on antitrust and competition issues. She has gained a wide range of experience in all aspects of Slovenian antitrust law and has become one of the core members of the firm’s competition practice. Špela also advises clients on corporate and commercial law matters and is regularly involved in M&A transactions.
