About Blaž Ogorevc

Blaž Ogorevc has been a partner at Šelih & Partnerji since 2011. He leads the firm’s real estate practice, known for its significant involvement in recent major Slovenian real estate transactions. Notably, his expertise extends to the environmental law aspects of real estate and construction projects, especially in brownfield development, zoning and permitting. He provides regular counsel to various stakeholders, including buyers, sellers and asset managers, across diverse real estate matters. He also co-leads the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice, specialising in corporate and financial restructurings, insolvency and secured financing deals.
