About Miha Štravs

Miha Štravs joined Šelih & Partnerji in 2015 and became a partner of the firm in 2021. His work predominantly centres on the firm’s real estate department, encompassing essential tasks such as due diligence, share/asset-purchase agreement drafting, and the negotiation of warranties and indemnities. He is currently immersed in two environmentally significant projects: the ongoing greenfield development of logistics facilities near Ljubljana Airport, which includes land acquisition, deforestation, zoning and permitting; and a substantial engineering initiative involving the replacement of a coal-based plant and the installation of a new combined heat and power plant in Ljubljana.
