About Camille Perrin

Camille Perrin is a partner specialising in private equity and M&A, with a particular focus on advising management teams and executives on complex transactions. She has extensive experience structuring, negotiating and implementing management equity and incentive arrangements, combining legal, financial and tax expertise. Her practice also covers acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions, including cross-border matters. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, she began her career at Scotto Partners before joining C-LEVEL Partners. Bilingual in French and English, Camille is recognised for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice tailored to the interests of management teams.
