Franck Vacher is a partner specialising in M&A, private equity and corporate restructurings, advising management teams, founders and entrepreneurs on domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice covers acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, venture capital financings and complex corporate reorganisations. Before joining C-LEVEL Partners, he practised at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Admitted to both the Paris and New York Bars, Franck combines legal and financial expertise with an international perspective, enabling him to provide strategic, commercially focused advice on sophisticated corporate transactions.
