About Idris Hebbat

Idris Hebbat is a lawyer at C-Level Partners specialising in M&A and private equity, recognised for his expertise in supporting French and international companies. He began his career in 2007 at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where he gained solid experience in “large cap” and cross-border transactions, and was seconded to the New York office in 2011. In 2016, he joined PwC Société d’Avocats as M&A director lawyer, before joining Valther in 2019 as a partner and then C-Level Partners in 2025.
