About Nicolas Menard-Durand

Nicolas Menard-Durand is a lawyer at C-Level Partners and a recognised expert in the private equity field, specialising in advising management teams. With significant experience gained at prestigious law firms such as Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Allen & Overy, Mayer Brown and Scotto Partners, Nicolas has developed unique expertise in the legal and financial structuring of incentive schemes for management teams. A graduate of EM Lyon Business School in 1999 and holder of a master’s degree from Panthéon-Assas University obtained in 1997, Nicolas was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000.
