Andreas Hinsen is a partner at Advestra. Before joining Advestra in 2023, he worked at leading Swiss law firms as well as a leading New York law firm. Andreas has broad experience in private equity and venture capital transactions and has advised on a wide range of corporate transactions, including joint ventures, internal restructurings, shareholder agreements, growth capital investments and public-to-private deals.
