About Lindsay R Pfeffer

Lindsay R Pfeffer is a partner of Rabin Schumann and Partners LLP, and represents clients in divorce, custody and parenting access, equitable distribution, parentage and spousal and child support matters, and with respect to pre- and postnuptial agreements. Ms Pfeffer has litigated cases presenting landmark issues impacting parents in the LGBTQ community, habeas corpus and international child abduction proceedings and works with counsel in various jurisdictions on custody and prenuptial agreement matters. Ms Pfeffer earned her BA, cum laude, from Brandeis University and her JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
