About Patricio Hidalgo Estrada

Patricio Hidalgo Estrada has more than 25 years of professional experience in litigation of commercial, civil, insurance, administrative, and similar matters, as well as in bankruptcy procedures, constitutional procedures and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He is a founding partner of Guerra, Hidalgo y Mendoza, SC, and is the head of the insurance and reinsurance practice. He has a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, a master's degree in Corporate Law from New York University, and a specialisation in English Legal Methods from Cambridge.
