About Ernesto Olivares

Ernesto Olivares is a lawyer who graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2004), with maximum distinction and distinguished with “Honor Roll” for better academic performance. He has a degree in Tax Planning and Management from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2009-2010), a Master’s in Criminal Law from the Universidad de Talca and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2010–2011) and has completed various complementary studies to date. He participated in the Sixth Edition of the German School of Criminal Sciences and German Criminal Dogmatics, Georg-August-Universität Göttingen (2021–2022). As the founding partner of Olivares Rodríguez y Cía, he combines a solid academic background with extensive experience in highly complex litigation.
