Nora Vera Arellano has been a lawyer since 2020, having studied law at Universidad Mayor (2020). She obtained a Diploma in Criminal Law from the Universidad de Los Andes (2021), and has taken different specialisation courses, such a a course in Unfair Administration, Economic Crimes Unit of the National Prosecutor’s Office (2019).
