About Raghad Hammad

Raghad Hammad is a partner at BLK Partners and co-head of the Insurance/Reinsurance practice. Raghad has been involved in major (re)insurance projects, advising on legal and regulatory frameworks and collaborating with UAE regulators, large carriers and stakeholders in the cedent and intermediary markets across the Middle East. She provides regulatory, corporate and coverage advice to leading market insurers in the UAE. Her experience spans both the cedent and reinsurance markets, covering contentious and non-contentious matters such as licensing, claims management, arbitration, and proceedings in DIFC and ADGM Courts.
