About Delbert Ochola

Delbert Ochola is a senior associate at G&A Advocates LLP and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice. His practice focuses on commercial arbitration, commercial litigation, constitutional and administrative law, insolvency and banking disputes. He has advised and represented clients in proceedings before the Kenyan superior courts, arbitral tribunals and specialised statutory tribunals, and regularly assists in complex cross-border commercial disputes. Delbert holds an LLM in International Financial Law and Regulation from Strathmore Law School, an LLB from Kabarak University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
