About Didier Roemers

Didier Roemers is a founding partner of Ace Law, which he established in 2020 after practising at an international firm and a top-tier Belgian firm. Admitted to the Brussels Bar, he is an experienced corporate lawyer advising investment funds and corporations on cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on private equity. His fund practice covers structuring and formation, fund documentation and the regulatory framework applying to managers. He graduated from the University of Leuven (law, 2008; postgraduate in corporate finance, 2012), the University of Edinburgh (LLM, 2009) and the University of Brussels (Master of corporate law, 2010).
