About Wouter Verhelst

Wouter Verhelst is a founding partner of Ace Law, which he established in 2020 after practising at an international law firm. Admitted to the Brussels Bar, he is an experienced corporate finance lawyer with a particular focus on M&A and private equity in both national and international transactions, and advises sponsors and investors across the investment lifecycle, including on fund structuring, fund terms and the negotiation of investor documentation. He is a graduate of the University of Leuven (law degree, 2011; postgraduate in corporate finance, 2015) and of the Antwerp Management School (Master of global management, 2012).
