About Fatma El Nokaly

Fatma El Nokaly is an associate in the corporate and M&A department at Dreny & Partners. Prior to this, she advised clients on merger control matters in several jurisdictions in the MENA region, including merger control filings on behalf of clients working in several key sectors such as automotive, satellites, media and entertainment. Moreover, she handled the drafting of legal opinions on general corporate and competition law in the GCC and Egypt. In addition to her expertise in pre-merger control, she also advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
