About Allan Mukuki

Allan Mukuki is the lead tax consultant at Ong’anya Ombo Advocates LLP. He has a PhD and is an associate arbitrator under the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). He is also the author/joint author of more than 12 journal publications, including “Refocusing Legal Education: The Shift from Adversarial Litigation to Compliance and ADR” and “The Various Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms and Access to Justice in Kenya”. He has advised and structured activities for the International Nuremberg Principles Academy, Strathmore University Law School, Property Law & Family Trusts, and the Office of the Solicitor General, Kenya (Maritime Delimitation in the Indian Ocean Justice).
