About Onnicha Khongthon

Onnicha Khongthon is a senior associate at Formichella & Sritawat with over seven years of experience in corporate law, the technology, media, and telecoms sector (TMT), data privacy, online gaming, cyber-security, and space law, including corporate and commercial matters. Onnicha began practising after receiving an LLB at Chulalongkorn University. She continues to strengthen her knowledge in wide-ranging matters, from general commercial and TMT issues to research into cyber-security, satellite, and data privacy law. Onnicha also guides foreign businesses through the often complex process of establishing themselves in Thailand, including company registrations, Board of Investment (BOI) applications, American Treaty registrations, telecommunication licensing, obtaining Foreign Business Licences, and Foreign Business Certificates.
