About Naytiwut Jamallsawat

Naytiwut Jamallsawat heads Formichella & Sritawat’s corporate and regulatory practice with particular emphasis on data privacy, cyber-security, telecommunications, satellite and space law, online gaming, and energy sector issues. He advises multi-national enterprises from North America, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, and Mainland China on diverse regulatory matters. His practice includes advising on corporate structuring for foreign direct investment and regulatory compliance in cybersecurity, data protection, media, and telecommunications. Naytiwut is a regular contributor to leading industry publications. He graduated from Chulalongkorn University and furthered his studies in England at the University of Kent (LLM) and the University of Dundee (LLM).
