About Anthony Minziere

Anthony Minziere is a rising talent in financial law, having started his career at Nabarro & Hinge in 2016 before co-founding Nabarro Béraud Avocats. Promoted to counsel in 2022 and partner in 2024, he advises debt funds, banks and borrowers on complex financings, including LBOs, unitranche, mezzanine and quasi-equity structures. He also led the development of the firm’s Renewable Energy practice. A lecturer at Université Catholique de Lille, he shares his technical precision and practical insight with future lawyers. A graduate of Assas, Lyon 3 and ESCP Europe, Anthony is recognised as one of the top LBO lawyers in Paris.
