About Jonathan Nabarro

Jonathan Nabarro has been a lawyer since 1988 and has worked as a partner in charge of the banking/finance department or the acquisition finance team in several major international law firms (Ashurst, Allen & Overy and Weil Gotshal & Manges). In 2008, he founded Nabarro & Hinge. He specialises in complex financing and is a pioneer in private equity in France. He advises banks, funds and borrowers on acquisition financing, project financing, asset financing and syndicated loans and his practice extends to debt restructuring. Jonathan graduated with a DESS in Business Law – DJCE (Montpellier 1985) and a PhD (Gonville & Caius College Cambridge 1989). He is a solicitor of the Supreme Court (England & Wales).
