Julia Lisa Feuerhake is an equity partner at Sustainable Law and specialises in real estate and project development. For the past seven years, Julia has gained vast experience within all aspects of complex property development, including buying and selling of development properties and projects and construction law issues. Further, Julia has in-depth knowledge of association law and extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and residential lease agreements. Being bilingual in Danish and German, Julia has considerable experience advising German companies on investments in Denmark. Julia was recognised as one of the top 35 talents under 35 by the Danish Estate Media in 2021.
