About Jorge Asali

Jorge Asali is a founding partner of Bufete  Asali. With over 20 years of experience, he advises national and international clients on commercial disputes, complex insolvency, and restructuring proceedings. Jorge leads cases in real estate, maritime, finance, banking, renewable energy, infrastructure, and technology, and represents multinational companies in ICC, LCIA, CAM, CANACO, and HKIAC arbitrations. He also negotiates high-stakes contracts and acts as a party-appointed arbitrator and expert witness in ICSID investor state disputes. Jorge graduated summa cum laude from Escuela Libre de Derecho and holds an LLM from Harvard Law School.
