About Saul Fonseca

Saul Fonseca is a law clerk at Asali, which he joined in 2023. He has assisted in judicial proceedings involving commercial contract disputes, including matters related to the enterprise software industry, distribution agreements, and claims for moral damages. He has also participated in ICC, ICDR, and CAM arbitrations concerning the natural gas supply, construction, communications technology sectors, and offshore energy infrastructure. Saul is currently pursuing a law degree at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He is the co-founder of Arbitra, a student organisation committed to promoting arbitration in Mexico.
