About Rodrigo Macin

Rodrigo Macin is a senior associate at Asali with over 13 years of experience. He focuses on commercial arbitration and has extensive litigation expertise related to arbitration. Rodrigo has represented leading multinational and Mexican clients in dozens of high-profile arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, CAM, ICDR, AAA, ICSID, and PCA rules, and has supported arbitral tribunals. He received his law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho, holds an LLM from Harvard Law School, and an MA in Legal Philosophy from Universidad Carlos III. In addition to his counsel work, he is a professor of law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
