About Marta Sroka-Maleta

Marta Sroka-Maleta is a co-managing partner at the DBS Law Firm and an attorney-at-law. For 20 years, Marta has been providing legal services for companies active in the pharmaceutical sector. She focuses on regulatory and reimbursement law, business development projects and intellectual property law including patent litigation. She is often invited to participate in work on legislative changes in pharmaceutical law, reimbursement and industrial property law. She is an active member of the IP Working Group of the generic association Medicines for Poland (PZPPF), representing 18 of the largest Polish pharmaceutical producers.
