About Bernardo del Rosal

Bernardo del Rosal is a partner at Del Rosal, Adame & Segrelles Abogados, and has broad experience as a law professor and criminal lawyer. He is an associate professor in Criminal Law (Universidad Complutense de Madrid); a professor of Criminal Law with tenure (University of Alicante) since 1991; and a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge, UC Berkely, Stanford University and Golden Gate University. He is part-time judge at the Provincial Courts of Madrid and Alicante, and of counsel and head of the Economic Criminal Law Practice at Clifford Chance Madrid (for six years). He has been involved in proceedings of great complexity and significance in the field of economic criminal law, representing clients discreetly and efficiently.
