About Judith Krens

Judith Krens leads Pinsent Masons’ life sciences team in Netherlands. She has two decades of experience working for top-tier law firms in both Amsterdam and New York, as well as working in-house for a US multinational technology consultancy. Judith has extensive experience of cross-border patent and SPC litigation in the field of pharmaceuticals, biotech and medical devices. As a life sciences specialist, she assists clients with complicated matters in pharmaceutical and medical device regulatory law. On top of that, Judith’s experience working in the M&A and private equity team of Debevoise & Plimpton in New York gave her a top-class education in negotiating IP licences and transfer agreements.
