Eduardo Faria is a founding partner of FCM Law with over 13 years of experience in dispute resolution, focusing on reducing litigation and improving communication with the judiciary. He is a pioneer in the use of visual law and legal design, as well as a founding partner of LegalHack. He practises in civil, consumer and real estate law (proptechs), with extensive experience in contracts. Co-author of the book “Aprendendo a empreender para não se surpreender”, he holds specialisations in real estate law and cybercrime prevention.
