About Fabio Cendão

Fabio Cendão is a founding partner of FCM Law and LegalHack. He holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation from INPI, with research focused on copyright, blockchain and decentralised licensing, as well as an LLM in Corporate Law from IBMEC. With over 13 years of experience in corporate, digital and intellectual property law, he is the creator of Radar Web3 Brasil and author of Law, Metaverse and NFTs. A Brazilian representative of the US Department of State’s YLAI programme, Fabio also serves as mentor, adviser, investor and professor in graduate programmes.
