About Patrick Jonhera

Patrick Jonhera is a partner at AB & David, whose practice focuses on commercial transactions in the energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and mining industries. He advises clients on cross-border M&A, competition, divestures, shareholder disputes and joint ventures. In a recent transaction, Patrick advised Huayou International Mining Company (Singapore) on Comesa merger filing in the acquisition of Prospect Lithium Zimbabwe. He is also a lecturer in Corporate Law at the University of Zimbabwe, and a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe. Major clients include the Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ), Maxmind Investments (Pvt) Limited Tetrad Investment Bank, Tianze Tobacco Limited and Waica Re Zimbabwe Limited.
