is a partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel specialising in French and EC competition law (cartels, dominant position, merger control) and represents both French and foreign companies before the domestic competition authorities and European institutions. He is also involved in several private enforcement cases before French courts, further to national or EU decisions on anti-competitive practices. In addition, Antoine advises on issues such as distribution, advertising, pricing regulation and invoicing and (where necessary) represents client's interests in related litigation. Antoine was resident partner of Gide's Brussels office for four years and is a member of the Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence (AFEC) and vice president of the board of the Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (APDC).
