About Benjamin Leclercq

Benjamin Leclercq is a graduate of HEC Paris (Master’s in Business Management), Paris II Panthéon-Assas, University College London (Master’s in English Legal Studies), Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s in Business and Tax Law) and Strasbourg (Master’s in Intellectual Property). He joined the Paris Bar in 2011 and practised corporate law, M&A, restructuring and commercial litigation in top-ranked international law firms for five years before moving to Monaco where he worked in a large law firm focused on commercial and corporate law, followed by a role as senior legal counsel in a major international bank. He joined Noghes du Monceau in 2023 as Of Counsel.
