About Donald Vella

Donald Vella heads the tax practice at Camilleri Preziosi. He advises clients on domestic and international tax and tax restructuring, and regularly represents clients in courts and fiscal tribunals in direct and indirect taxation matters. His expertise lies in taxation, corporate restructurings, trusts, foundations and corporate services. Donald joined the firm in 2005. His key practice areas are corporate tax, international tax, corporate and commercial, M&A, trusts and foundations. He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and sits on the Council of the Chamber of Advocates as professional development officer.
