He also regularly represents clients in courts and fiscal tribunals on direct and indirect taxation matters. His expertise accordingly lies in taxation, as well as corporate restructurings, trusts, foundations and corporate services. Donald joined the firm in 2005 and holds a LL.D from the University of Malta and a LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London. His key practice areas are: corporate tax; international tax; corporate and commercial; mergers and acquisitions; trusts and foundations. He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association and the Taxation Expert Group, IFSP.
