About Kirsten Debono Huskinson

Kirsten Debono Huskinson is a partner at Camilleri Preziosi. She primarily assists in the provision of domestic and international tax advice, particularly identifying implications of, and devising tax-efficient structures for, local as well as cross-border transactions. She also regularly assists in advising clients on the corporate law aspects of a wide range of transactions and other areas, including corporate finance, M&A and capital markets. Kirsten joined the firm in 2013. She is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, and her key practice areas are corporate tax, international tax, corporate and commercial, M&A, trusts and foundations, IFSP and EU Affairs Subcommittee.
