is a senior associate at Camilleri Preziosi. She practises primarily in assisting in the provision of domestic and international tax advice, advising particularly in the remit of identifying implications of, and devising tax efficient structures for, local as well as cross-border transactions. She also regularly assists in advising clients on the corporate law aspects of a wide range of transactions and other areas including corporate finance, M&A and capital markets. Kirsten joined the firm in 2013 and holds an LL.D from the University of Malta and is reading for an LL.M in Corporate and Securities Law from the University of London. A member of the International Tax Planning Association, Kirsten's key practice areas are: corporate tax; international tax; corporate and commercial; mergers and acquisitions; trusts and foundations.
