About Kirsten Debono Huskinson

Kirsten Debono Huskinson is a partner at Camilleri Preziosi. She primarily assists in the provision of domestic and international tax advice, particularly identifying the implications of, and devising tax-efficient structures for, local and cross-border transactions. She also advises clients on corporate law aspects of a wide range of transactions, including corporate finance, M&A and capital markets. Kirsten joined the firm in 2013. Her key practice areas are corporate tax, international tax, corporate and commercial, M&A, trusts and foundations. She is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and the EU Affairs Subcommittee.
