About Hsian Siong Yong

Hsian Siong Yong is the founder and proprietor of Hsian & Co. He has over 25 years of experience assisting clients, both international and Malaysian, with their investments and transactions in Malaysia and across the Asia-Pacific region. His main practice areas are corporate M&A and corporate real estate. Hsian's experience includes assisting with M&A transactions, joint ventures, takeovers, structuring and reorganisations, and advising on operational and company law-related matters. He also has extensive experience working on complex, high-value real estate transactions, in particular hospitality transactions. He seeks to provide pragmatic, practical advice to clients to enable them to achieve their objectives. Prior to founding Hsian & Co., Hsian spent 16+ years with an international law firm, where he was a partner in the corporate and securities department and the head of their real estate practice group and Korea focus group for Malaysia.
