About Hsian Siong Yong

Hsian Siong Yong is the founder and proprietor of Hsian & Co. He has nearly 30 years of experience in assisting clients, both international and Malaysian, with their investments and transactions in Malaysia and across the Asia-Pacific region. His main practice areas are corporate M&A and corporate real estate. Hsian’s experience includes assisting with M&A transactions, joint ventures, takeovers, structuring and reorganisations, and advising on operational and company law-related matters, as well as working on complex, high-value real estate transactions (including hospitality transactions). He seeks to provide pragmatic, practical advice to clients. Hsian previously spent over 16 years with an international law firm, as a partner in its corporate and securities department and head of its real estate practice group and Korea focus group for Malaysia.
