About Xiang Yen Foo

Xiang Yen Foo is an associate at Hsian & Co. His main area of practice is corporate M&A transactions and providing regulatory, licensing and compliance advice. He has been involved in numerous corporate proposals for capital market transactions and M&A transactions, and assisted with documentation and due diligence exercises related to the same. Xiang Yen also advises clients on their operational day-to-day legal issues, including company law, employment law and compliance issues. He is admitted to the Bar of England and Wales, and the Malaysian Bar.
