About Casper Nagtegaal

Casper Nagtegaal specialises in complex business transactions, advising De Brauw’s clients on corporate law and governance. He has extensive experience assisting companies with cross-border transactions, spin-offs and securities offerings, particularly focusing on governance topics such as board responsibilities, sustainability, corporate governance codes, shareholder meetings and financial disclosures. Casper is a fellow of the Radboud Business Law Institute at Radboud University and lectures on corporate law there. He co-authored a leading commentary on the Dutch Corporate Governance Code and frequently publishes in his field of expertise.
