Davine Roessingh
is a litigation partner and heads De Brauw’s climate and sustainability expertise group, which focuses on climate change, sustainability and ESG-related matters. Davine has a commercial and corporate litigation practice comprising of arbitration and litigation, including enforcement and execution matters. Davine holds a UNEP FI certification in climate risk, sits on the advisory board of the Oxford Net Zero Policy and Regulation Hub, lectures at the VU on international arbitration law, and corporate law for the Grotius Academy, and regularly publishes and lectures clients’ executive boards and supervisory boards on the full spectrum of climate and sustainability topics.
